I signed up for an account and made a post and got some replies last night. This morning my account didn't seem to exist any longer and my post was gone? Am I missing something?

Hi Wes,

I suspect something was up last night, since I made a change on a post and it was no longer there tonight. Maybe a small glitch on the server... I'm sure they'll let us know. I hope you reposted your question.

Over the past week, I have been making a lot of changes to the server that this forum resides on.

As such, there was a lengthy period of time where the forum (and related site) was completely off line. During a short period of time, the site came back on-line and it was taken offline again to complete some work.

My guess is that a number of people, yourself included, managed to squeeze in during that short period of time, and, since I was physically moving hardware and data around, I probably did not get the latest snapshot of the filesystem for that final step.

I apologize for any inconvience this has caused.
