Hi guys,

Our cichlids are thriving and breeding liek rabbits. As a result its costing us a small fortune to feed them the good frozen food.

So does anyone have a good home made recipie for Malawi Chichlids, it needs to be middle of the road - i.e suit both carnivores and herbivores.

I found a recipie a while back that used shrimp, beef heart, spirula, and peas but haven't been able to find it again.
