Subject: Which cichlid is compatible in the pond or in the glass tank

This is Siddhartha emailing from India. I would request you to give me good suggestion on setting up the cichlid
aquarium with my tank specification given below and the type of fish suitable for my aquarium. I would request
you to tell me the list of cichlid which is compatible for my aquarium. With the tank specifications given below.
I am planning to setup a cichlid tank of size Length=8Feet/Width= 2Feet/Height= 2Feet [OR]Length= 10Feet/
Width=2Feet/Height= 2Feet./ PH:7 to 7.5 . I just need your desperate guidance from your side. .Please advice the
types of fish that could be put in theseBig tanks specifications given above.I am also planning to setup a cichlid
pond of Length=25 Feet/Width= 10Feet/Height= 5Feet

hello,

I think the best thing you could do is decide at least what type of tank do you want. full of big colorful aggressive fish. A tank that has several variations of smaller fish, such as bottom dwellers, rock dwellers and open water fish. with a tank of that size your possibilities are endless. another thing to consider is do you want a real colorful show piece or something that you are going to sit and watch so you would like to see some character in your fish.
