The top tank is an all glass 45gallon bowfront with a penguin 350 bio-wheel filter. The decor includes fake plants, rainbow rocks, drift wood, and river rock as the substrate. I feed my fish sprinula flake food, cichlid staple, cichild gold for color, frozen peas, and once in a while I throw an algea wafer in for them to play with. Bottom tank has a wild mix of babies I can't bring myself to destroy. They eat spinula flake food.

Very nice set up. I see you have electric yellow lab, electric blue ahlis, a melanochromis johanni, a red zebra, and possibley a Pseudotropheus Albino of some sort. Is there two electric blue ahlis in there?

I have been saving up for a bigger tank and my plan is to have a large group of electric yellow labs and a large group of electric blue ahalis some day.
I don't plan on getting a larger tank for at least a year and was wondering if the size I have now is adequate. If not what fish should I find a home for and would replacing each of the fish with a yellow lab be ok?
