I have read on here and other boards on feeding, but I am still confused a little bit. I think from what I read you should feed the fish 3 times a day, and only feed them what can be eaten withing 2-3 minutes without food hitting the bottom.

My confusion comes in what you should feed them. I feed my chichlids, chichlid food in the form of pellets. I have read you should feed them a variety of different foods, like fresh vegetables, chichlid flakes, blood worm, and even read you can feed them beef heart.

So my question is as follows is there a post and/or website that provides a guide to feeding chichlids?

i can tell you what i feed mine which is flakes in morning pellets at lunch and flakes at night

i use omega 1 for flakes and aquarian pellets

for vegtables you can use romain lettus zucchini and i belive green beans not cooked

55 gal cichlid tank
30 gal hostpitle/fry tank
180 gal cichlid tank still in process of cleaning all stuff for it
