I am setting up a 55 gallon african cichlid tank. I am currently using a canister filter and a pentair fluidized bed filter. Is it worth purchasing a UV sterilizer? Does bacteria cause lots of problems with cichlids or are they generally hardy considering good care is taken in regards to water changes and water quality. Thanks!
