i started a new tank with gravel substrate and i think after multiple cleaning it is losing its depth and i was wondering what is the best way to add more gravel in before the bottom glass starts getting revealed?
the reason i ask this question is because when i first started my gravel tank the water was very misty and cloudy and i was wondering if there is a way of not making this happen.

clean gravel really good first then put it in by hand or take a small bucket and slowly lower it in and dump it, you will still get some water cloudyness but it will be alot less. good luck you will want to have around 2inch of gravel at the bottem of the tank.
