There seems to be a lot of that here recently.
Well treatment depends on what kind of bloat it is.
Are it's scales raising so that they are standing straight up giving a pine cone effect? If so that is 'Dropsy' and suggest you google it to find out what to do about it.
If they are rift lake cichlids seachem lake cichlid salt would be much better...and yes MgSO4 is one of the ingredients which is epsom salt along with baking soda (bicarbonate) and some other house hold ingredients. Which is recommended when bloat is present. It is good to by it formulated so you know the proportions are right. Cichlid lake salt has the beneficial cofactors and trace minerals that the Rift Lake cichlid's need. Aquarium salt isn't as beneficial unless you add the proportions of epsom salt and bicarbonate. The main causes of bloat are salt (NaCl not cichlid lake salt, epsom salt IS recommended along with treatmen), stress, and poor diet. If you haven't switched to a herbivorous staple food like Hikari Excel for herbivorous cichlids I would be extremely recommended it (these protozoan thrive from the high protein diet, along with an immediate 30% water change before a treatment of metronidazole (Flagyl), a broad sprectrim anti-protozoan or Clout which is a close second. If you do a minimum amount of research it will cosign this suggestion.
