Ok so here's the story. I work for an office, and we have tank full of 4 full grown cichlids that we've had since they were very young. I'm not sure how long my company has owned them, and I know they are atleast a couple years old, and as of recently, one of them has decided to reside in one corner of the tank, hovering just above the bottom. He moves when provoked, but not much- most of the time he just sits there, almost turning all the way on his side if left alone by the others. They of course swim all around and directly above him as usual fish would; and I have notice that these fish can be a little violent to each other at times, but he doesn't look injured. We do employ cleaners from an aquarium store to come in and clean the tank and make sure the water is balanced and what not.

I'm thinking it may be old age, but they all do get extremely excited when we feed them, and that's one maybe* two spoon fulls of pellets only once a day, 3 days out of the week. Are we feeding them too much or too little?

There is just something obviously wrong with one of them, sadly. Let me know, if it seems like it's anything obvious. Thanks guys!
