Hello, first time posting here!
I am putting up a 46 Gal. bowfront tank, African style. aka TONS of rock work.
my fish are as follows:
zebras, more zebras, albino zebras and kenjis! haha some assortment huh. 10 in total all around 3/4 an inch, at the moment.
I need a bottom feeder(s) for the new tank.
In past african tanks I've had synodontis eupterus. They were great, but hid allll the time and I hardly ever saw them. However, they did seem to do an okay job at eating any left-over food, but didnt seem to care for algea.
What can I get, may be multiple fish, to eat left over food and algea, that are generally not too shy. Good looks are a plus, after all I will have them till "Death do us part" . hahha I hope.
thanks~!

I would look into some of the Synodontis species. I would check out Multipunctatus and Petricola particularly, as they are more out in the open then some of the riverine types that are more nocturnal. Although I see my larger Lace cats and Angelicus out and about abit, but not like the Petricola or Multis.
