Sorry for the unexpected troubles with the forum. The fact that it wasn't working was only brought to my attention this morning.
It is back on-line. It turned out to a be a file permission problem that was introduced with the latest upgrade to the software.

Oddly, the forum was off-line again.
Once again, it was a simple file permission problem. This time, it was specific to the top level of the forum directory.
As you can see, this has been corrected.
I apologize for the inconvience this has caused.
